What sets Victor apart?

Agent Protection Coverage

First-party coverage offers up to $50,000 for the Insured’s medical expenses from third-party injuries while providing professional real estate services on a residential property.

Identity Theft Expenses

Provides $20,000 in coverage for claims, including demands for money or services, related to security breaches or electronic damage to a client’s network resulting from professional real estate services.

Telephone Consumer Protection Act Coverage

Provides $50,000 per policy period for legal fees related to the TCPA Act of 1991.

Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Coverage

Our optional EPL coverage safeguards against claims including wrongful termination, disciplinary actions, employment-related libel or slander, and misrepresentation, and is available for an additional premium.

Environmental Hazards Coverage*

E&O coverage for failure to disclose the existence of environmental hazards, such as asbestos and lead-based paint, is included at no additional cost.

We can waive an insured’s deductible up to $5,000 in residential transactions when four risk management criteria are met, extending coverage if a home warranty or inspection was waived in writing by the buyer prior to closing.

Discrimination Coverage*

Covers fair housing violations and discrimination claims, including defense and damages at no additional cost. Coverage limits may vary by state, with higher limits available in certain areas.

Residential Ownership Endorsement*

Our optional coverage, available for an additional premium, applies to the sale of residential property by an Insured who owns the property, provided policy conditions are met.

Loss of Earnings

$50,000 per policy period for loss of earnings.

License Proceeding

Covers up to $50,000 for the Insured’s legal fees & expenses related to real estate licensing board proceedings.

Dodd-Frank Fees and Expenses

$50,000 in Coverage for reasonable legal fees incurred while responding to regulatory actions related to the Dodd-Frank Act.

Definition of Insured

Includes trade names, predecessor firms, DBAs, and vicarious insureds, minimizing the need for endorsements.

Broad Definition of Professional Services

We offer one of the industry’s most comprehensive definitions of professional services, covering a wide array of real estate professionals, including agents, property managers, leasing agents, appraisers, mortgage brokers, and auctioneers. Coverage applies regardless of whether there are written contracts in place or fees have been charged.

Open House Claim

Covers property damage and bodily injury that occurred as a result of an act or omission during an open house.

Client Cyber Network Damage Claim

Coverage for claims related to security breaches or electronic damage to a client’s network, including demands for money or services due to network damage caused by a security breach in the rendering of professional real estate services.

Risk Management and Loss Prevention

Complimentary access to valuable online risk management tools provided to all policyholders.

Duty to Defend

We are dedicated to defending your claims, even if the allegations are unfounded or fraudulent.

Innocent Insured Protection

We protect insureds who are unaware of or did not commit any wrongful acts alleged in a claim that could lead to coverage denial.

Subpoena Assistance

Is included in the policy at no extra cost and with no sublimit, providing the Insured with an attorney for advice and representation at depositions.
