How do I get a quote from Victor?
Download an application from the "Applications" menu section on the Private Company Management Liability solutions page. Send completed applications to managementliability.us@victorinsurance.com.
Who do I contact if I have questions during the underwriting process?

How do I bind coverage and when will I receive a policy?
It is important to review the quote for the list of subjectivities. Requests to order coverage should be sent to managementliability.us@victorinsurance.com along with the requested effective date, quote option details and confirmation of quote subjectivities.
How do I pay?
For electronic payment on agency billed accounts, visit Make a payment.

For direct bill, this must be set up prior to binding and requires the contact information of the insured that the invoice should be sent to. For more information, email accounting.us@victorinsurance.com.

Coverage FAQs
What limits are available?
- The maximum limit for our directors & officers liability, employment practices liability and fiduciary liability coverages parts is $5M (subject to class of business and state of domicile).
- The maximum limit for our crime, employed lawyers liability, and kidnap & ransom coverage parts is $1M.
Is coverage issued on admitted paper?
Coverage is admitted with an A+ rated carrier in all states excluding AK, FL, HI, LA, MO, NY & WA.
Can you customize policies?
Yes, we provide the ability for policyholders to customize policies and include selected coverage parts (employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, employed lawyers liability, crime and/or kidnap & ransom) in addition to directors & officers liability, which is a required coverage part.
What types of organizations are eligible under Victor's program?
Privately held organizations that have been in operation for at least three years with annual revenues up to $50M.
Excluded classes: Accounting firms, aerospace, biotech, cannabis/tobacco related entities, collection agencies, entertainment, financial institutions, foreign domiciled entities, for-profit education, for-profit healthcare, golf/country clubs, government agencies, law firms, mining, oil & gas, public entities, sports leagues/teams, staffing firms, and tribal/sovereign nations entities.
